Become a Volunteer!<\/strong>It takes&nbsp;<strong>over 1,000 volunteer hours<\/strong>&nbsp;to bring this event to life\u2014<strong>we need everyone<\/strong>&nbsp;in our parish to pitch in! The good news? We have tried-and-true systems in place, and&nbsp;<strong>no experience is needed<\/strong>. Whether you can give an hour or an afternoon, your help makes a&nbsp;<strong>real impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Find Your Perfect Volunteer Role!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Setup Team<\/strong>&nbsp;(Starts Friday, a week before)<br>Help move racks &amp; shelves from storage, assemble tables, and set up the sale space.&nbsp;<strong>Pizza lunch provided!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Publicity &amp; Social Media Team<\/strong><br>Spread the word! Help post flyers, advertise online, and connect with other churches and organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sorting Team<\/strong>&nbsp;(Saturday-Wednesday before the sale)<br>Sort incoming donations and distribute them to the appropriate sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preview Party Team<\/strong>&nbsp;(Thursday before the sale)<br>Help set up, serve food and drinks, and ensure a welcoming, festive atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cashier Team<\/strong>&nbsp;(Thursday &amp; Saturday)<br>Help check out buyers\u2014<strong>all supplies and training provided!<\/strong>&nbsp;Work in pairs to total purchases and collect payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Clean-up Crew<\/strong>&nbsp;(After the sale)<br>Pack up unsold items for donation, disassemble shelving, and restore the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Join us!
