May 18 is Arrington's last Sunday with us. We will have leave-taking services at 8 and 10 a.m. and a special service at 3:30 p.m., followed by a reception from 4:30 to 6:30. May 18 is also when we will move to our two-service summer schedule. Church school will be at 10 a.m. starting that date. BANA (Building a New America) Youth Group is having an Arts Extravaganza Sunday, June 1, at St. Andrew's from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Featured will be an art sale, an auction, and a talent show. Come have fun and enjoy food in the "cafe" and from the bake sale. Tickets are $5 and benefit BANA's scheduled mission trip to the Gulf Coast. TRANSITION NEWS The Vestry is working with the diocese to call a priest-in-charge. Thank you to all who have communicated your thoughts and concerns. The Vestry has carefully considered all input while trying to discern God's will for St. Andrew's at this time. Read more about this time of transition. Vestry members will continue to be on hand after Sunday services, in the Guild Room, to answer questions and provide information about our transition.
