Cloister Gallery Retrospective
in honor of
St. Andrew’s Centennial

Parishioners and artists Judy Beals, Karen Schoelles, Susan Burgess, and Susan Handel, after the Cloister Gallery was founded by Handel in 1994

In honor of St. Andrew’s centennial celebration in 2023–24, we are seeking artworks to display in the Cloister Gallery. This invitation is open to current and former parishioners, those who have previously exhibited in the Cloister Gallery and to those who have been inspired by St. Andrew’s over the years.
Please consider submitting a work if it:
  • was previously displayed in the Cloister Gallery or elsewhere in the church
  • has been inspired by, or reminds you of, St. Andrew’s: the church itself, the grounds, the community, the spirituality
If you have a piece (or more than one piece) that you would like to exhibit, please send details about it, including the size, medium, and whether and when it was displayed previously in the Gallery.  Please send emails to cloister.gallery@gmail.com. We will then be in touch about scheduling and further logistics.
If you would like the work to be for sale, we invite a 20 percent donation. Funds will go toward St. Andrew’s outreach efforts in the local community and beyond.  It is also fine to display a piece that is not for sale.
Please respond by September 30.

We are always looking for artists who would like to show their work at the gallery. If you or anyone you know is interested, please pass their name along to Laura Tufts. Kids’ art would be welcome as well!
